1. PARTIES

BUYER INFORMATION
The Buyer is a natural or legal person who includes personal and delivery information registered in the system during the order.
2. SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website minimalimleather.tr.
3. PRODUCT(S) INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method and basic characteristics of the ordered product(s) are displayed by the BUYER during the order and recorded with the order confirmation.

Important Note: All our products are handcrafted from 100% genuine cowhide leather. Due to the natural leather structure, each product is unique and small tone differences are natural.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and become informed about the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, sales price, payment method and preliminary information regarding delivery on the minimalimleather.tr website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by them within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
4.3. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the refusal of the person/organization to be delivered to accept the delivery.
4.4. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in sound, complete condition, in accordance with the qualities specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
5. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
5.1. Payment Method
The BUYER can make payments through the secure PayTR payment infrastructure using the following methods:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Other electronic payment methods
5.2. Delivery
- Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery time varies between 2-5 business days depending on your city.
- Free shipping for purchases of 250 TL and above.
- Cargo tracking number is notified via SMS and e-mail.
5.3. Personalized Products
The preparation time for products with names, dates or special details added may vary between 3-7 business days. This period is calculated in addition to the cargo delivery time.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to themselves or the person/organization at the address they indicated, without assuming any legal and penal responsibility and without giving any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER.
6.2. The right of withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is established for contracts related to service performance; on the day the BUYER or the third party determined by the BUYER receives the goods for contracts related to goods delivery.
6.3. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used:
In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following situations:
- Products specially prepared for the person, with names or special details added
- Goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date may pass
- Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery (not suitable for return for hygiene and health reasons)
- Goods prepared in line with the BUYER's requests or clearly personal needs
6.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER via e-mail or WhatsApp within 14 days and the product must be unused.
7. RETURN CONDITIONS
7.1. Products That Can Be Returned:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- With original packaging
- In resalable condition
7.2. Return Procedure:
- Request a return via minimalimcraft@gmail.com or WhatsApp (0555 575 28 28)
- Receive cargo return code
- Ship the product
- Review is made after the product reaches us
- Payment refund is made if deemed appropriate
7.3. Return Costs:
- Production defect or damaged delivery: Covered by SELLER
- Exercise of right of withdrawal: Cargo costs belong to the BUYER and are deducted from the refund amount
7.4. Refund:
Payment refund is made within 10 (ten) business days after the returned product reaches the SELLER. The refund is made through the method by which the BUYER made the payment.
8. SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS
8.1. The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product subject to the contract complete, in the quality of the order, and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
8.2. The SELLER is obliged to perform quality control before delivery of the product.
8.3. The SELLER may supply a different product of equal quality and price by informing the BUYER and obtaining their express consent before the expiration of the performance obligation arising from the contract.
8.4. Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be small size and tone differences. This is not considered a defect.
9. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
9.1. The BUYER confirms electronically that they have read and become informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery conditions of the product subject to the contract.
9.2. The BUYER is obliged to pay for the price of the product they ordered and delivery costs, if any.
9.3. The BUYER is obliged to receive the product and/or specify the person who will receive it.
9.4. The BUYER should check the product they received in front of the cargo officer and should not accept damaged or broken products by having the cargo company draw up a report.
10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1. The BUYER accepts that their personal data will be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data.
10.2. The SELLER does not share the BUYER's personal information with third parties; it only shares it with the cargo company necessary for order delivery.
10.3. The BUYER may request deletion of their personal data at any time.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement. Complaints and objections can be made to the following institutions:
Consumer Problems Arbitration Committee Applications can be made within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees Applications can be made to the committee at the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction took place.
Consumer Courts Objections to arbitration committee decisions or direct lawsuits can be filed.
12. EFFECTIVE DATE
The BUYER confirms electronically that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement at the time of ordering.
This agreement enters into force on the date it is approved by the BUYER electronically.
